Khutze Inlet


Khutze Inlet (53˚06'00" 128˚29'00" E of Princess Royal I), Khutze River (53˚05'20" 128˚25'26" Flows W into Khutze Inlet). Much of the inlet was logged in the 1920s, and a copper mine, connected to the head of the inlet by a tramway, was active before 1910 and again in 1925–32. Several features around the inlet are named for mining company personnel (see Green Spit, Meldrum Point and Pardoe Point).
