Nuchatlitz


NUCHATLITZ, at the entrance to Nuchatlitz Inlet, on the outer coast of Nootka Island on the west coast of VANCOUVER ISLAND, was a main village of the Nuchatlaht, a NUU-CHAH-NULTH nation. In 1987 most villagers moved to a new site up Espinosa Inlet to be closer to work and conveniences at ZEBALLOS.
