Zeballos


ZEBALLOS  () , village, pop 189 (2006), occupies the delta at the head of Zeballos Inlet, an arm of NOOTKA SOUND on the west coast of VANCOUVER ISLAND. It appeared suddenly in 1935–36 as a result of a GOLD RUSH and the opening of several mines. The site was officially subdivided into lots at the end of 1937.
