KHAHTSAHLANO, August Jack, Squamish elder (b 16 July 1876, False Creek; d 14 June 1967, Vancouver). He was a resident of SNAUQ, or Sun'ahk, a SQUAMISH Nation village on the south shore of FALSE CRK in VANCOUVER, roughly between Kitsilano Point and today's Burrard Street Bridge.
