Crozier, Lorna


CROZIER, Lorna, poet, teacher (b 24 May 1948, Swift Current, SK). After graduating from the Univ of Saskatchewan, she taught high school in her native province. Her first book of poems, Inside Is the Sky, appeared in 1976 and has been followed by close to a dozen more. Twice nominated for a GOV GEN'S LITERARY AWARD, in 1986 and 1988, she won the award in 1992 for Inventing the Hawk. That book also won the Canadian Authors' Assoc Award and the Pat LOWTHER Award.
