Castle Rock

CASTLE ROCK is the centre of a small ranching (see CATTLE INDUSTRY) district on the west bank of the FRASER R, 50 km northwest of WILLIAMS LAKE in the CARIBOO. A post office operated here between 1916 and 1951, and a school was opened in 1922.
