Wigen Shoal


Wigen Shoal (51˚25'00" 128˚08'00" N end of the Sea Otter Group, SW of Calvert I, Queen Charlotte Sd). Named in 1947 after Sydney O Wigen (1923–2000), who graduated from UBC as a civil engineer in 1945 and joined the Canadian Hydrographic Service.
