Squirrel Cove


Squirrel Cove (50˚08'00" 124˚55'00" E side of Cortes I, E of Campbell R, opposite Desolation Sd). Members of the Klahoose First Nation, encouraged by Roman Catholic Oblate missionaries who provided money to build a church, moved to a reserve at this location in 1896.
