Songhees Point


Songhees Point (48˚26'00" 123˚22'00" N side of Inner Hbr, Victoria Hbr, SE end of Vancouver I). The Songhees people, a Northern Straits First Nation, live at the S end of Vancouver I in the Victoria area. They and the Kosapsom or Esquimalt people are jointly known as the Lekwammen or Lekwungen.
