Piddell Bay


Piddell Bay (50˚21'00" 125˚18'00" Cameleon Hbr, W side of Sonora I, N of Campbell R). Alfred Henry Piddell was the secretary’s clerk aboard HMS Sutlej, flagship of Rear Adm John Kingcome, cdr-in-chief on the Pacific Station, 1862–64. While in BC waters he served temporarily in HMS Cameleon in 1863.
