Percy Point

Percy Point (53˚02'00" 132˚21'00" E entrance to Security Inlet, NW Moresby I, QCI). Rev William Cecil Percy Baylee was a popular RN chaplain and naval instructor aboard HMS Thetis during Capt Augustus Kuper’s 1852 survey of this area. Nearby Baylee Bay, Baylee Bluff and Instructor I are also named for him.
