Pamphlet Cove (50˚31'00" 127˚39'00" N side of Drake I, Quatsino Sd, NW end of Vancouver I). Thomas Pamphlet (1836–1916), from Essex, began his career in 1849 on the brig Eston Nab. After serving in the RN in the Crimean War, he came to Victoria in 1856 aboard the barque Agnes Garland.
