Pam Rock


Pam Rock (49˚29'00" 123˚18'00" In Queen Charlotte Channel, E of Brigade Bay on Gambier I, Howe Sd, NW of Vancouver). Named for the Union Steamship Co’s Lady Pam, which frequented these waters. This 46-m, 277-tonne vessel was built at Glasgow in 1893 as a private yacht called the Santa Maria. It was acquired in 1914 by the All Red Line, which operated a scheduled run between Vancouver and Powell R and made charter trips to the company’s waterfront resort at Selma Park, just S of Sechelt....
