Nimmo Bay

Nimmo Bay (50˚57'00" 126˚43'00" N side of Mackenzie Sd, N of Broughton I, NE of Port McNeill), Nimmo Islet (50˚56'00" 126˚41'00" Just SW of entrance to Nimmo Bay), Nimmo Point (Just E of Nimmo It). Nimmo Bay was named in 1865 by Lt Daniel Pender while surveying Mackenzie Sd. Nimmo It and Nimmo Point were adopted by the hydrographic service in 1958. The origin of the name is not known.
