Nels Bight


Nels Bight (50˚47'00" 128˚21'00" E of Cape Scott, NW end of Vancouver I). Early local settler Nels (or Nils) C Nissen is believed to have been the namesake for this feature—and for nearby Nissen Bight as well. Little seems to be known about him.
