Mount Verney


Mount Verney (52˚11'12" 128˚02'01" S end of Cunningham I, just NE of Bella Bella), Verney Passage (53˚30'19" 129˚04'23" Between Gribbell I and SE side of Hawkesbury I, SW of Kitimat). Lt Cdr Edmund Hope Verney (1838–1910) commanded the RN gunboat Grappler on the BC coast, 1862–65.
