McHarg Bank


McHarg Bank (53˚17'00" 130˚30'00" Off W side of Banks I, Hecate Str). Lt Col William Hart-McHarg (1870–1915) was born in Ireland and lived in Belgium before coming to Canada in 1885. He trained as a lawyer, practising in Rossland and, later, in Vancouver, and was also a militia officer and marksman.
