Luxmoore Island


Luxmoore Island (52˚59'00" 132˚21'00" Off W side of Hibben I, Englefield Bay, NW Moresby I, QCI). Benjamin Luxmoore (or Luxmore) was an RN clerk aboard HMS Thetis and served on the Pacific Station, 1851–53. Before that he was off the W coast of Africa with HMS Centaur.
