Koksilah (48˚46'00" 123˚41'00" On the Koksilah R, just W of its mouth), Koksilah River (48˚45'00" 123˚39'00" Flows E and N into Cowichan Bay, E side of Vancouver I). The meaning of this Halkomelem name is uncertain, and numerous interpretations have been proposed over the decades.
