Kersey Point (53˚47'00" 128˚51'00" NE end of Maitland I, N of Hawkesbury I, Douglas Channel, S of Kitimat). H Maitland Kersey (b 1861), a native of Suffolk, England, was a member of the team led by Louis Coste, chief engineer of the federal Public Works dept, that made a survey of Kitimat Hbr in 1898.
