Jordan River


Jordan River (48˚25'00" 124˚03'00" Flows SW into Juan de Fuca Str, W of Sooke Inlet, SW end of Vancouver I). Spanish naval officer Manuel Quimper, in the Princesa Real (the former British trading vessel Princess Royal, seized at Nootka Sd in 1789 by Estéban Martínez), explored this coastline in 1790.
