Hill Island (54˚19'00" 130˚22'00" Entrance to Russell Arm, Prince Rupert Hbr). Civil engineer Arthur Edmund B Hill (1845–1921) was a member of the original 1906 survey party that laid out the GTP’s new terminus at Prince Rupert. He and his brother, Albert J Hill, arrived in BC in 1880 and were hired by the CPR.
