Gurd Inlet (53˚53'00" 130˚38'00" W side of Gurd I), Gurd Island (53˚53'00" 130˚37'00" In Kitkatla Inlet, SW of Porcher I and Prince Rupert), Gurd Point (53˚55'00" 130˚38'00" N end of Gurd I). Robert Winter Gurd (1856–1915), from Bristol, worked as a clerk before enrolling with the Anglican Church Missionary Society.
