Goski Bay


Goski Bay (52˚26'00" 131˚33'00" N side of Gowgaia Bay, SW side of Moresby I, QCI), Goski Islet (52˚25'00" 131˚33'00" Entrance to Goski Bay). Goski comes from the Haida name for the village that once existed beside this bay. According to ethnologist Charles Newcombe, the Haida name for the bay itself is Gwa’kagwa. D
