Bonner Islet


Bonner Islet (50˚15'00" 127˚47'00" N side of Klaskish Inlet and Brooks Peninsula, NW side of Vancouver I). Frank Richard Bonner was a seaman aboard CGS William J Stewart, which was conducting survey work in this area in 1937. After suffering a severe attack of appendicitis, Bonner died aboard ship on Aug 11 of that year, aged 23.
