MONDAY MAGAZINE was a VICTORIA weekly NEWSPAPER founded in 1975 by Bill Barringer and Gene Miller. It focussed on urban issues, the BC government, the environment and arts and entertainment, and developed a reputation as a feisty, leading-edge journal of news and opinion about important local and regional issues.
