LESTER B. PEARSON COLLEGE OF THE PACIFIC is a private boarding school offering a 2-year international baccalaureate program to 200 senior high school students selected from countries around the world. Named for the former Canadian prime minister, it was established in 1974 in Pedder Bay west of VICTORIA. It is one of 8 United World Colleges, whose curricula emphasize public service and international understanding.
