KAISER, Edgar Fosburgh Jr, business executive (b 5 July 1942, Portland; d 11 Jan 2012, Toronto). He came from a line of prominent American industrialists. After studying at Stanford and the Harvard School of Business, he served in Vietnam during the war, then went to work as a White House advisor to presidents Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon.
