DE GOEDE, Hans, rugby player (b 13 Feb 1953, Amsterdam). The son of DUTCH immigrants, he joined the JAMES BAY Athletic Assoc RUGBY club while still in high school in 1971 and led it for 20 years as it became one of the best teams in N America. In 1974 he played in his first international match for Canada.
