Downs, Barry Vance

DOWNS, Barry Vance, architect (b 19 June 1930, Vancouver). After obtaining a B Arch from the Univ of Washington in 1954, he worked with leading VANCOUVER architects Thompson, Berwick Pratt & Partners.
