DI CASTRI, John A., architect (b 26 July 1924, Victoria; d there 5 Sept 2005). He articled with the provincial department of public works in 1942 and worked briefly in the office of Birley Wade and Stockdill (see BIRLEY, S. Patrick). In 1949 Di Castri left VICTORIA to attend the Univ of Oklahoma, where he studied under Bruce Goff.
