Wathus Island (53˚41'00" 132˚29'00" W side of Masset Inlet, Graham I, QCI). This feature was first charted by geologist George Dawson in 1878 as Wat-hoo-us, its Haida First Nation name. Both names were in use until the 1920s, but Wathus I has long since prevailed as the official, gazetted name. D
