Trueworthy Bight


Trueworthy Bight (48˚46'00" 123˚11'00" SW side of Saturna I, Gulf Is). Charles Trueworthy was one of Saturna I’s first settlers. He homesteaded on property adjacent to this bay in 1873 and acquired almost 600 ha of land on the island over the next decade or so. He had come to Canada from Wales with his brother William, who settled on Orcas I across the border in the US.
