Thomson Point


Thomson Point (52˚57'00" 129˚36'00" W entrance to Pemberton Bay, S side of Dewdney I, Estevan Group, N side of Caamaño Sd). Named after Thomas Thomson, who is believed to have served as master of the salvage tug William Jolliffe, 1911–13, while it was under contract to the federal government’s fisheries protection service.
