Tangle Cove


Tangle Cove (52˚20'00" 131˚21'00" SW entrance to Burnaby Str, SE side of Moresby I, QCI). George Mercer Dawson anchored at this location in the small schooner Wanderer on his 1878 geological expedition around the QCI. He named the cove after the tangle of vegetation he found there, both in the water and along the shoreline.
