Sullivan Bay


Sullivan Bay (50˚53'00" 126˚49'00" On Sutlej Channel, N side of N Broughton I, NE of Port McNeill), Sullivan Point (50˚53'00" 126˚48'00" E of Sullivan Bay on N Broughton I). Records at BC’s Geographical Names Office suggest that the bay was named after T J Sullivan, from Ireland, an early settler in the area (a Crown grant was issued to Thomas J Sullivan in 1913).
