Spilsbury Point


Spilsbury Point (50˚00'00" 124˚56'00" NW tip of Hernando I, S of Cortes I, E of Campbell R, N end of Str of Georgia). Ashton Wilmot Spilsbury (1872–1960) came to BC from England in the late 1880s and bought his older brother’s homestead at Whonnock on the Fraser R, which he turned into a dairy farm.
