Sansum Island (52˚57'00" 132˚09'00" Mitchell Inlet, Kuper Inlet, NW side of Moresby I, QCI), Sansum Narrows (48˚48'00" 123˚34'00" Between W side of Saltspring I and E side of Vancouver I), Sansum Point (48˚47'00" 123˚33'00" W side of Sansum Narrows, S of Octopus Point). RN officer Arthur Sansum was 1st lt aboard HMS Thetis, under Capt Augustus Kuper, and served on the Pacific Station, 1851–53.
