Princess Alice Island (52˚08'00" 128˚26'00" S of Athlone I, Bardswell Group, Queens Sd, W of Bella Bella). Princess Alice, Countess of Athlone (1883–1981), was a granddaughter of Queen Victoria; her father was Prince Leopold, the queen’s youngest son.
