Philips Cove (54˚19'00" 130˚23'00" W of Russell Arm, N side of Prince Rupert Hbr), Philips Point (54˚16'00" 130˚22'00" E side of Digby I, Prince Rupert Hbr). From 1896 to 1910, Henry Philips was private secretary to Charles Melville Hays, gen manager, then president, of the GTP. He later became assistant secretary of the CNR.
