Parksville (49˚19'00" 124˚19'00" On Parksville Bay), Parksville Bay (49˚20'00" 124˚19'00" Between Northwest Bay and Qualicum Beach, E side of Vancouver I). Nelson P Parks (1824–1910), his wife, Elizabeth (c 1836–1913), and his sons, George and James, all from the US, acquired property in this area in 1884 and farmed.
