Navvy Jack Point


Navvy Jack Point (49˚20'00" 123˚10'00" N side of Burrard Inlet, just W of First Narrows, W Vancouver). “Navvy Jack” was the nickname of pioneer W Vancouver settler John Thomas, who was born in Wales about 1832, immigrated to N America as a young man and made his way to BC for the Cariboo gold rush.
