Nakons Islet

Nakons Islet (52˚26'00" 131˚21'00" SE of Huxley I, off NW side of Burnaby I, E of S Moresby I, QCI). The Nakons (or Nikons) were a subgroup of the Haida Eagle crest known as the Yadus, or Great House People. Nestecanna, a famous Skidegate chief who was once captured and enslaved by his enemies on the BC mainland, was a member of this clan.
