Musgrave Point


Musgrave Point (48˚45'00" 123˚33'00" W side of Saltspring I, SW of Bruce Peak, Gulf Is), Musgrave Rock (48˚44'00" 123˚33'00" Just SE of Musgrave Point). Edward Musgrave bought the 2,800-ha S Saltspring I landholdings of the Pimsbury brothers in 1885. The four brothers, from England, had settled on the SW coast of Saltspring in 1874 and raised sheep on the western slopes of Bruce Peak and Mt Tuam.
