Maynard Head (49˚42'00" 124˚12'00" N entrance to Billings Bay, W end of Nelson I, Malaspina Str, NW of Vancouver). Lorne Edward Maynard (1892–1972), from Ont, lived for many years in N Dakota, Oregon and Alberta (where he married his first wife, Jennie May Fyke, and had three children, all of whom died young).
