Maude Channel


Maude Channel (53˚13'00" 132˚06'00" Between Lina I and Maude I), Maude Island (53˚12'00" 132˚05'00" W end of Skidegate Inlet, between Graham I and Moresby I, QCI). Heavily logged Maude I, the largest island in Skidegate Inlet, was named by Lt Daniel Pender during an 1866 survey. The origin of the name is not known.
