Luke Island


Luke Island (52˚06'00" 127˚52'00" Entrance to Evans Inlet, Fisher Channel, E of Bella Bella), Luke Passage (52˚06'00" 127˚51'00" Between Matthew I and King I, entrance to Evans Inlet). Named after one of the four evangelists who wrote the gospel accounts in the New Testament. Luke is claimed to also be the author of the Acts of the Apostles and may have been a physician born at Antioch.
