Leach Islet


Leach Islet (48˚50'00" 125˚14'00" Near SE entrance to Imperial Eagle Channel, Barkley Sd, W side of Vancouver I). 2nd Cpl Peter John Leech (c 1828–99), as the name is more commonly spelled, was part of the Columbia detachment of Royal Engineers, which served in BC 1858–63.
