Kusgwai Passage


Kusgwai Passage (54˚12'00" 133˚01'00" Between Cox I and Langara I, Cloak Bay, off NW end of Graham I, QCI). Kusgwai, or Kattssequeye, was the original Haida name for Langara I. This narrow, shallow waterway was formerly known as Boat Passage, but that name was widely duplicated so the hydrographic service changed it in 1949.
