Kiltuish Inlet


Kiltuish Inlet (53˚22'00" 128˚29'00" Extends S from Gardner Canal, between Alan Reach and Europa Reach, S of Kitimat), Kiltuish River (53˚19'00" 128˚28'00" Flows N into Kiltuish Inlet). According to historians Philip and Helen Akrigg, this name comes from a Haisla First Nation word meaning “a long, narrow stretch of water leading outward.”
